What is the best match racing boat?

What is the best boat for match racing per your experience or conceptiional thinking? I would like to know what everybody thinks and why. Let the discussion begin.

I don't know about the "best" but the Sonar is quite good in that it allows crews to get up to speed quickly, since the sailing mechanics are quite simple. Also, it uses a symmetrical spinnaker, which allows for interesting downwind attacks.

The Tom 28 is fun too, in that it requires more attention to acceleration from a stop and flow over the foils much more than J/22, Sonar, J/24, etc. However, it's a specialized boat that allows experienced skippers a large advantage.

The J/24 is acceptable if sailed with no genoa. Also it's nice to coordinate a max of 4 crew, rather than 5, for the maneuvers in mid-level match racing.

Thank you for your comments. I suspect that you have sailed all of the boats mentioned. Is the Tom 28 a "wet" boat? Others would like to know.
